If you have heard of NACA but have had a hard time getting through the process, the 2012 AMERICAN DREAM CONVENTION here in Atlanta may be just for you!  NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) will be holding its first ever AMERICAN DREAM CONVENTION at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center from Tuesday, January 10 to Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.  For NACA, this is a first because it is catered to both homebuyers that want to take advantage of NACA’s low rates and for current homeowners that are struggling to pay their mortgage.

As a Realtor, whose job is at the core mobile by nature, you may have learned that the quintessential device is your tablet.  The Tablet truly is the happy medium of struggling to lug a notebook/laptop around versus squinting with your clients at your mobile phone’s screen of the listing they love.  My tablet of choice, due to its Flash and video chat capabilities, is the Samsung Galaxy Tab. As a mobile device user, you undoubtedly know the basic apps you need such as Gmail, a PDF reader, Facebook, etc. so I won’t waste anytime with the normal apps.  However, there are a few apps that most agents I have learned are not privy to that are a must have on your Tablet, or any other mobile device for that matter, since they are free to download!
