That same day, the Sandy Springs Tennis Association will hold the Sandy Springs Tennis Festival on Saturday, September 25 from 2-10 p.m. at the Sandy Springs Tennis Center located at 500 Abernathy Road. The first concert in the Wind Down Wednesdays series will take place on Wednesday, May 19 on the entertainment lawn at Heritage Green. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and the concert starts at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults (21 and over) and includes one free beverage; $2 children (13-20) and free for ages 12 and under. A Royal Affair Cafe will host a “Celebrate Life” party in the Parkside Shopping Center in Sandy Springs from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, April 25. Friends, family and neighbors are invited to support children from the oncology department at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The evening will feature live music by Uncle Mike’s Band and tasty bites from A Royal Affair Cafe. The cost to attend is $30 for adults and $10 for children. To purchase tickets click here.
