Once priced in the mid-$1,000,000s, the elegant executive homes of High Point Manor, to the builder’s chagrin, have become victim of a builder foreclosure.  Despite the unfortunate circumstances, buyers now have an opportunity to purchase one of these stately Sandy Springs’ homes at deeply discounted prices.

If you love being in the center of it all, then you will love living in one of Georgia’s lavish brownstones at Hammond Heights.  Located in the heart of Sandy Springs, Hammond Heights townhouses is walking distance from City Walk Shopping Complex (with fashion stores, grocery stores, and eateries), Heritage Green (where fun Concerts by the Springs are held) in historic Sandy Springs, Flying Biscuit, Whole Foods, and many other places you will love.  From Hammond Heights, you can quickly gain access to downtown Atlanta via Marta (Atlanta’s public transportation), GA 400, I-85, I-75, or even just take the streets, like Roswell Rd.  Convenience is what you will experience at Hammond Heights!  This is critical with the extremely congested traffic in Atlanta’s metro area.

Chastain Park Condominums are Metro Atlanta’s premiere real estate housing for the first-time homebuyer in the Sandy Springs area.  Beyond the perk of being within walking distance to Chastain Park Amphitheater (www.classicchastain.com), where the great music and entertainment is soul-stirring, Chastain Park Condos features a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, and pool all within walking distance to Buckhead restaurants and shops.  There are currently 1 and 2-bedroom floorplans available priced from the low $100,000s to the mid-$100,000s.  Each unit has its own custom features so you may find maple hardwood floors or pine, dark granite countertops or light granite countertops - in essence, you must see this real estate community to decide what would be a good fit for your first home and real estate acquisition.

As you pass exit 5 for Abernathy Rd. in Sandy Springs on GA 400, you may have noticed the construction of a new real estate community over the past year.  Well I drove past it the other day and it finally seems done.  So being just a wee-bit curious, I had to check it out and let you know the scope.

Places To Love: MYSTIC RIDGE TOWNHOMES

June 18, 2009 by Lee Davenport

“Simply stunning” is the way so many describe the Mystic Ridge real estate community off Roswell Rd. in Sandy Springs, only 2-3 minutes north of Buckhead.  What makes Mystic Ridge ideal real estate?  Beyond its superb Sandy Springs location inside the Perimeter and nationally recognized school district (home to Riverwood High School), the townhomes are fabulous!

Places To Love: SPRINGSIDE PARK

May 28, 2009 by Lee Davenport

As I was out and about showing some great townhouses and condos to one of my dear Sandy Springs’ clients, I stumbled across this quaint real estate community that any condo seeker would love.  Springside Park is located in the heart of Sandy Springs but still has an Atlanta address (great for those that love the city life but not the city congestion).  Located right on Dalrymple Road near North Springs High School, this gated condo community is a welcome retreat from city life.  Despite it being so close to North Springs, by it being a gated community, residents do not notice the High Schoolers (except for the residents whose building faces the school - sorry!).
